2005 CMA Entertainer of the Year and four-time Grammy Award winner Keith Urban and Country Music Hall of Fame member Vince Gill will return to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday, April 16, for We’re All for the Hall, a concert to benefit the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum. Reserved seating tickets, which are priced at $35 and $50 (does not include Ticketmaster surcharge), will go on sale March 1 at 10:00 a.m. CST. The star-packed lineup of performers for “The 46th Annual CMA Awards” grew today with the announcement that Vince Gill, Hunter Hayes, and Keith Urban will perform during “Country Music’s Biggest Night™.” The first round of artists presenting trophies on the three-hour gala were announced including Martina McBride, Kellie Pickler, Sugarland, and The Band Perry.
More than 30,000 people around the world, many of them children, have already received a pair of shoes as the result of the recently released country charity single “The Choice.” A who’s-who list of 19 major country artists, including Keith Urban, Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire, Josh Turner, and Vince Gill, collaborated on the song which benefits the nonprofit organization Soles4Souls.
The ‘A Very Special Christmas’ holiday music series, benefitting Special Olympics, will celebrate its 25th anniversary this holiday season with the first ever release of two new albums on October 16, each on a different label. Titles of the albums, as unveiled, are: A VERY SPECIAL CHRISTMAS 25TH ANNIVERSARY on Big Machine Records and A VERY SPECIAL CHRISTMAS: BRINGING PEACE ON EARTH on Word Records.
