As Carrie Underwood prepares to wrap her 2012-2013 “Blown Away Tour” last tonight in Abbottsford, BC, a one million dollar donation is being made to the Red Cross for disaster relief. The charitable contribution to the Red Cross derives from the tour’s concert proceeds and was established when it launched in spring 2012.

NBC selected six-time Grammy Award-winner and multi-platinum recording artist, Carrie Underwood, to perform “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night,” the opening theme for primetime television’s No. 1 program, Sunday Night Football on NBC.
The Grand Ole Opry® presented by Humana® will honor six-time Grammy® winner Carrie Underwood on her 5th anniversary as an Opry member on Fri., June 7. Underwood will celebrate five years with a special segment closing the evening’s Opry performance.
Superstar Carrie Underwood, who recently celebrated her 17th No. 1 song, will perform her brand new single “See You Again” on American Idol, Thursday, April 4.

Superstar Carrie Underwood’s latest single “Two Black Cadillacs” drove straight to the No. 1 spot this week on the Mediabase country airplay charts, giving Carrie her 17th No. 1 single, and her 8th No. 1 as a songwriter. The third single off Blown Away, “Two Black Cadillacs” was written by Carrie, Josh Kear, and Hillary Lindsey, and was recently certified Gold by the RIAA. The video for “Two Black Cadillacs” was No. 1 on this weekend’s GAC’s Top 20 Countdown, for a total of three weeks at the top spot.
