Jake Owen announced today via Twitter that he and wife Lacey have decided to end their marriage.
In an official statement, Owen conveyed, “I wanted to let my fans know how much I’ve appreciated their support of not only my career, but my family as a whole. Sadly, Lacey and I have decided to end our marriage. We want to focus on our daughter Pearl and make sure that she has a beautiful life with loving parents. We appreciate you respecting our privacy during this time.”

The couple married in May 2012 and have one daughter, Olive Pearl.
We wish Jake, Lacey and their families the best as though go through this difficult time.
Wishing you all comfort in this time. Making pearl a priority is great. Children need to know they are loved. We saw you in Dallas and my granddaughter was near the stage. You gave her a pick and she has never forgotten that. She is 4 now and still tells everyone you are her boyfriend. Thank you for putting Pearl above yourselves.
